Basic Bits is a woman owned small business in Wisconsin, offering premium quality caps and accessories.  We specialize in hats and keep hundreds of different styles and colors in stock.  Every item with a design is made to order, just for you, and shipped fast!  Our small but mighty team fulfills orders Monday-Friday and signs each package with a special "Thank You". 

A bit about Ashley:

Quite possibly the most basic of basic girls, Ashley struggled to find quality items that matched her need to express herself.  "I literally just wanted to find a place that I could grab women's accessories that fit my personality.  I wanted products that were good quality, not a cheap hat that would shrink or accessories that fell apart.  After wasting hundreds of dollars, waiting weeks for items to ship, and getting horrible customer service I said- "Screw it, I'll do it my damn myself." 

How it began:

Ashley created Basic Bits in 2018 and has brought small business service to the online shopping world.  "I personally answer every inquiry, inspect each order, and make sure items ship daily.  We only sell high premium quality items that I've tested and have proved to be amazing.  If there's ever an issue, we handle it immediately and guarantee our customers satisfaction." 

What keeps us going:

Empowering women and local groups is a priority for our business.  We donate a portion of sales each month to local organizations, fundraisers, benefits, and charities that benefit women and those in need.  "We rise by lifting others."
