When will I get my items?

Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed. After processing, orders are shipped via USPS Monday - Friday from our small business in Wisconsin and you'll usually have your package within 3-5 business days.  Some of our customers in the Midwest get their orders sooner.  You have the option for express shipping at checkout for an additional cost.  All customers will receive notifications and tracking numbers as soon as their order ships. 

**Apparel (hoodies, long sleeve tees, t-shirts, tanks, and sweatshirts) are made to order and shipped from our partner facility.  Please allow 3-5 business days for production + shipping time.  If you order hats/caps - they will ship separately.**

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on all orders over $75.  Orders under $75 have two shipping options;  USPS First Class to get your item delivered within 3-5 business days and USPS Priority to get your item delivered within 3-4 business days. USPS First Class and Priority cost is calculated at checkout based on the items you order.  Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed based on USPS guidelines.  **Please note that our shipping method timelines apply to business days only, and do not include weekends or holidays. During the holidays, shipping times may be extended.

Do you offer Wholesale?

Where is Basic Bits?
Our business is located in Southwest Wisconsin and all items on our website are kept in stock here.  There's no drop-shipping or overseas orders, we inspect and handle everything personally and guarantee your satisfaction and super fast shipping.  Learn more about us here.

Are Basic Bits products made in the USA?
Our products are produced in the USA on Imported Materials. All designs are produced and made to order at our facility in Wisconsin.

Our #1 goal is to some day have all products produced and manufactured in the USA and believe me, we've been fighting for this since our launch in 2018. 

What makes Basic Bits better?
We are a small business that's passionate about providing quality products at an affordable price.  Ashley, the business owner, personally answers all emails, social media messages, and customer inquiries.  Service is our #1 priority and it shows in every customer transaction.

How do I return an item?
In the rare event that something is delivered to you and you aren't 100% satisfied with it, please contact us within 10 days of the delivery date to arrange a refund or exchange. Once we receive the item in good resale condition we will issue you a refund or exchange for the amount of the item only Product must be intact and in unused, resale condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.  The customer is responsible for packaging and shipping costs on returns.  Read our full return policy here.


  • Apparel and hats with designs or patches are not eligible for return or exchange as they are all made to order. 
  • Final Sale Items - Items will be noted as "FINAL SALE."  

What if the item I want is out of stock?
We do our best to restock items as quick as possible.  Out of stock items are usually replenished within 7 business days.  If you'd like to be notified when an item is back in stock, send us a message here.

What started Basic Bits?
Ordering products online shouldn't be a pain.  "I was sick of overpaying for items that took weeks or even months to arrive, then dealing with customer service that was never reachable.  It's become hard to find out where your online purchases are coming from, which reviews are legit, or if a website is totally bogus. "- says Ashley (Owner of Basic Bits).  "I decided to do my part to help women have an enjoyable online shopping experience.  We've developed dozens of quality products that we stock in Wisconsin and ship fast to beautiful ladies across the nation".

Wash & Care (Non-Apparel Items):
Your BB branded products may need to be cleaned on occasion to keep things fresh and fluffy. 

Here's how you do it with ease-

We recommend hand washing ONLY with a mild detergent and cold water only.  The cold water helps maintain the colors and will prevent them from bleeding. 

Air dry on a line or Air fluff in a dryer only (no heat).


Wash & Care for Apparel (hoodies, long sleeve tees,
t-shirts, tanks, sweatshirts:
  • Do not dry clean
  • Wash garments inside out
  • Choose cold water temperatures for the wash
  • Use mild detergents and NO softeners
  • Air dry only
  • Do not iron directly on design
